b. **License Key Received:**
- Once a license key is issued, the item is considered in use, and returns or refunds cannot be processed.

5. **Time Limit:**
- To be eligible for a return or refund, you must initiate the process within a specified time frame. Please ensure that you contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
